Managing Clothing for Your Pregnancy

As a new mother-to-be and being a proud individual, I spent hours researching maternity clothing, tips and tricks to extend the life of your pre-maternity clothing to avoid spending thousands on clothes you will wear only for a few months. In my research I found you can now purchase what is called Belly Bands. They're a great alternative to maternity clothes, because you wear it over your existing unbuttoned pants. The Belly Band holds up your clothing so you don't have to buy a whole new wardrobe. Many places are catching onto this option and there are knock-offs to the Belly Band brand, however, you can get a Black and White option at Target in the US.

Bag the Couture

Fashion is an interesting animal. Only the wealthy have the priviledge of carrying expensive fashionable bags, and no matter the knockoffs or imitations, a true connoisseur could tell in a heartbeat. But alas, fashionable bags are now within reach for Americans, or atleast, someone with a US mailing address.

If you do, you can now "borrower" a bag. Yes. You can borrower it. At a price, of course, at www.bagborroworsteal.com. What a concept.

U.N. Declaration on Human Rights Forgotten?

I found this article browsing digg.com. I find it this very interesting.
------
U.N.'s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, written after WWII, has been virtually forgotten about, leaving human rights abuses still a rampant situation worldwide. Youth for Human Rights International, sponsored by Church of Scientology, is on a world tour - now in Italy - to bring the declaration and the subject of universal human rights back.

The Body Shop

I have recently discovered the products of the Body Shop. This store didn't orignally appeal to me, but I decided to try their Vitamin E daily moisturizer and Vitamic C face wash and am quite pleasantly surprised. I've always been intrigued by the "Body Butter" concept, but never really quite understood the idea of walking around with a tub of cream. I personally prefer the sqeezy-bottles of moisturizer. But, now that I've experienced the wonders of their facial products, I must say, I will be visiting the Body Shop, more often.
